These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when using Stamphy , operated by Frevia LLC .
By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

  1. These Terms apply to all use of the Service between you and us.
  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once published on the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated Terms.

2. Registration

  1. To use the Service, you must sign in with Google authentication.
  2. We may suspend or cancel your registration if you:
    • Violate these Terms
    • Engage in activities we consider inappropriate.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  1. Break any laws or regulations
  2. Attempt unauthorized access or exploit system bugs
  3. Use the Service for commercial purposes without our consent
  4. Engage in any activity we reasonably consider inappropriate

5. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via the Service, email, or other reasonable means.

6. Disclaimer

  1. Except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Fees and Payment

  1. The paid plan is $3.50 USD per month (tax included).
  2. A 30-day free trial is available from the registration date. If you cancel during the trial, no charges apply.
  3. After the trial ends, your first payment will be charged the next day.
  4. If you have already used a free trial, charges apply immediately upon registration.
  5. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are billed via Stripe, Inc. or its affiliates.
  6. All payments are non-refundable.

11.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when needed. The updated version will take effect once posted on the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the court with jurisdiction over our headquarters.
